What we collect

Your name, contact details, property address and postcode, details of the work you ask us to quote for, and any photos you choose to send us. If you contact us on WhatsApp, your message and phone number are also processed by WhatsApp under their own terms.

How we use it

To prepare quotes, arrange and carry out work, take payment, and contact you about your booking. We only send marketing if you have opted in, and you can opt out at any time.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as payment and email providers, and where the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email info@boulevardcleaninggroup.co.uk and we will respond within one month.

This policy is a starting point and should be reviewed by BCG before the site goes live.
