How do I get a price?

No. All quotes and site surveys are free and there is no obligation.

How do I pay?

Card, bank transfer or online payment. For larger jobs we take a deposit to secure your slot and the balance on completion.

Is there a minimum charge?

Yes, our minimum charge per visit is £80 so that small jobs remain viable to attend.

Do I need to be home?

Not always. Many customers leave keys or arrange access, particularly for exterior and tenancy work.

What do you need from me?

Access to the area, parking if possible, and a note of anything delicate we should avoid. For exterior work an outside tap helps.

Clear small items where you can. We will happily move larger pieces carefully as part of the job.

Yes. Cancel or move your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before your slot.

Most exterior work continues in light rain. If conditions make a good result impossible we will reschedule at no cost.

Yes, from daily through to monthly, with a named team and an agreed specification.
